Warranty Policy

We warrant all units against defects for 12 MONTHS OR 12,000 MILES. EXCLUDING ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS.  We must receive a work order showing the complete system was flushed.  The RECEIVER DRIER MUST BE REPLACED at the same time as compressor.  We also suggest replacing the expansion valve, although it is not necessary for the warranty.  FAILURE to perform any of these MANDATORY SERVICES will VOID THE WARRANTY with NO EXCEPTIONS.  Only R-12 & R134A compatible lubricants & refrigerants must be used.   The use of any BLENDS will void warranty.  Warranty is strictly limited to compressor replacement.  On return of defective unit to us, box must be clearly marked "DEFECTIVE UNIT" and a written explanation of problem must be enclosed with work order.
